nice going on that carido tweak, i can´t wait to start running and going to the gym again, i miss it alot but sometimes the body needs rest i guess

I'm eating Steven Colbert's ice cream right now. Americone Dream

its delicious

I was going to wait until Sunday to have a cheat day, but I ended up going to this mexican restaurant (Fallen was our server :49: ) and figured, hell, might as well make today my cheat day so I went to the store, got some Moon Pies and Ice Cream and chowed down.

I have double stuffed oreos and chocolate cake mix downstairs though, I was going to make an oreo cake :tear: I'll wait until next weekend now

I cheated a bit last weekend, then Tuesday, then last night and honestly I probably will tomorrow as well. My metabolism is allowing it however, unlike where if you did this you would gain weight and not lose a pound. I'm the complete opposite. You know after last weekend and Tuesday I still managed to lose weight? :49:

i know you hate me :49: Its not like I'm dieting for a contest, so theres no need for me to stress so much, I'll get down there in time. I'll have to diet longer then I want, but if that means I can indulge a little on the weekends I'll take that chance. You however have not yet made any real progress, so any cheating out of you and I will call you out on it, I expect better from you :no:


Well, here's todays session, with weights listed :disgust: I used heavier weight than I have been, but since I knew I'd be listing the weight I thought I should put forth a little more effort so Chesty still loves me :tear:

I don't know if my groin is pulled or if it's just really tight, more then likely it's just rather tight and needs a good stretching. Can I get some help Chesty? :gaygay: Anyways, I took the leg press a little easy due to the groin.

Yay! Listing the work, and it doesn't disappoint. Have I missed an ongoing groin problem or is it just a one off? I had it today too when squatting.
Good looking session Tweaketh. Those DB presses are top notch my man.
Good to see the ongoing battle between you andpaulie is raging on! :)

Oh and great workout, your putting in some good work. I do a bunch of cardio too, so I can appreciate you doing it so often, thats hard stuff!!

I hit some cardio earlier, not an hour but still a pretty solid effort

Stairmaster
- 30 Minutes
- 650 calories burned

1 mile run on the indoor track

stretched before and after

it turned out exactly what I told you it would turn out too :49:

6:53, I told you I was only running a 7 minute mile :e5dunno: whether or not my training from earlier effected it at all I'll never know. I did forget to stretch my calves before hand though, that kinda sucked :tear:

I also hit the Elliptical for a bit

6:53's not bad at all. You'll get better if you do it again in a week or so...it's a big psychological thing as well, obviously.
