white potatoes, I don't like the taste of sweet potatoes

thanks TO, I still have a ways to go, the diet isn't over yet :weightlifter: I still wanna drop a few more % of body fat.

as far as nutrients go yes, and people seem to like the taste of sweet poatoes more then regular potatoes, I'm just different I guess.

I've tried sweet potatoes, but I can't stand the taste so I stick to white potatoes. :e5dunno:

potatoes are one of the big exceptions when it comes to the glycemic index so thats also why I continue to eat them. I dont know why they are one of the big exceptions but Ironslave has informed me that its quite alright to eat regular potatoes while cutting anytime of the day so I take his word for it.

fullbody tonight with Paul at his gym

afterwards we ran 2 miles, 1 mile nonstop, walked a lap, ran another mile. I had to push Paul the last 2 laps, and I was mainly doing it for him as I didn't break a sweat and used zero effort but Paul sure broke a sweat and had an actual cardio session :49: I have a pic of him afterwards, he's so red :49: When I get home on my own computer I'll post it dont worry :49:

pretty solid session, I find something rather strange though. I've lost strength nearly every where in my entire body from dieting, but I'm almost positive that somehow my biceps got stronger, I dont get that one at all :e5dunno:

somebody wanna fill me in on that one? :e5dunno:

2 straight days without any fat now, tomorrow will be day three. My diet has basically changed to nearly 50/50 between carbs and protein, so all I've been eating is chicken and potatoes. quite tasty actually.

I guess our intakes just differ. Potatoes are cheap as dirt, but chicken alone would cost me over $20 a day. Stinking body size:disgust:

I'm sure you'd have me screaming like Carlos Mencia at a talent camp, Tweak:)

My MMA cross-training has actually been pretty brutal lately; killer cardio, but I don't feel any of that really applies to my log training. 2.5 hours a day though is enough for me, but I know it likely still wouldn't quite measure up to what you do, Tweak:xyxthumbs:

didn't do jack squat today

I've consumed a total of 0g fat in the last two days though, quite easily I might add

Potatoes and Chicken, mmm tasty tasty

Full Body session

No squats, but I did deadlift :e5dunno:

Flat Db Press
Seated Db Shoulder Press
Close Grip Bench
Wide Grip Pullups
Standing Hammer Curls
Db Shrugs
Deadlifts
Decline Situps w/ 45lb Plate
Seated Calve Raises

Cardio Following:
- Stairmaster
- 30 Minutes
- 700 calories

not as intense as it could have been, I started a little slower then usual :tear: Ended very well though

tomorrow I have cardio and Sunday morning I may hit some cardio just for the hell of it and so maybe I dont feel as guilty for the estimated 7000 calories I'm going to be eating :49:

I did some more cardio tonight, very light, just 15 minutes on the elliptical. Did it casually as I was chatting with my g/f the whole time. I only burned 190 cals :e5dunno:

and I had a few Peeps :spy: and marshmellow eggs :spy: and some chocolates :spy:

I know I wasn't going to cheat until Sunday, but what the hell, might as well make it a weekend event :49:
