Wow Tweak, you're physique is really starting to show some great gains mate. You're fast becoming leaner and definitely more muscular each time you post up new pics.

This can only be down to brutal hard work and total discipline. Props buddy.

Each Sprint on Level 12 (maxed the tredmill out :49:)​


short but sweet, and called it a night

currently eating a baked potato and some chicken :xyxthumbs:

haha yea they actually were, I wish the tredmill went up to 15 or something, so it could be more of a challenge :food-snacking:

cardio earlier today

20 Minutes Stairmaster
- low-moderate intensity
- 400 calories burned

1 Mile Run on indoor track afterwards

sweet and simple again.

Tomorrow to Friday I'll be hitting the gym 2 times a day for cardio, Saturday will be once and Sunday will be once as well. The next week It'll be 2 times Monday-Friday again.

I cheated quite a bit over the weekend, and also cheated tonight :49: So I kinda should get back into gear. Lucky for me I have a very quick metabolism and none of it has phased me at all although I don't enjoy the guilt trip afterwards all that much :tear:

time to get serious, you think my sessions have been good in the past I'm about to turn it up a notch :weightlifter:

Damn man. I've already seen the pics but I can see how you've come about making the gains now. Superb work doing full body sessions with the big moves and still putting in all that cardio - no wonder you're getting in such good condition. Awesome job Tweaky.

then....
