tomorrow morning/afternoon I'm hitting the gym for some cardio, its gonna go something like this:

5 sets of Suicides
5 sets of Side Hurdles (15-20 jumps)
5 sets of Box Jumps (box set at 4 feet, 15-20 jumps)
30 minutes Stairmaster, shooting for 800 calories :hsughr:

should be in the gym for a good hour, will definetely be one hell of a session.

Sunday I'm not doing a damn thing, I've been in the gym everyday since last saturday or sunday, sometimes twice a day so I need a rest.

^ dang looks like a good session of cardio is awaiting. Im not doing anything either on Sunday... I have to work 12-5, and after that im just going to rest and prepare for my new job :hsughr:

Well I didn't get that exact cardio session done :tear: I re aggrivated a sprained ankle while doing some side hurdle hops. I'll post a video of me doing a set before I actually reaggrivated the injury.

I did manage to run a little over 2 miles though. I went up on the indoor track, ran 11 laps nonstop, came down asked how many laps was a mile. The trainer said 9, so I went up and ran another 9 making it 20 laps total and a little over 2 miles total. Felt pretty good and much easier then expected :e5dunno:

I also messed around with the kettlebells in the back :e5dunno: and did a lot of stretching, I had quite a lot of time to spare so I had nothing else to do before work :e5dunno:

You love to hop around in pink shirts :49: How high was that seat? 2 ft. maybe? But the pics look good, the lighting is good when it hits your arms, domination.

Fantastic pics Tweak, those arms/delts are looking awesome.

Brilliant work on the cardio too mate. You're really leading the way. Interesting in the way you're not doing just the usual bike/tread combo too, but really throwing other moves into the mix. Outstanding mate.

Fullbody earlier today

afterwards I ran 1 mile on the indoor track for some cardio

2nd Cardio session afterwork was 1 mile run on the indoor track

and 20 minutes on the stairmaster
- 460 calories in 20 minutes, felt great.

Tomorrow through Saturday I'm going to cut all fat out of my diet. Only thing Ill be eating is chicken and potatoes, just for an experiment. If goes all well after Easter (huge cheat day :spy: ) I'll continue it to see how well it goes

Domination. Lol you could consume 80 grams of fat, and still probably lose weight as long as you were doing cardio and lifting. But hopefully cutting all fat out will be beneficial, thats kind of hard to do anyway.

not really, chicken and potatoes, 100% lean. Not hard at all. Finding a lot of carbs with little fat can be hard though but I plan on eating A LOT of potatoes, I'm going to cook some in the oven tonight and just have them in a little bag to snack on during the day. Cut them up like fries, very delicious when they are crispy. Put them in the oven on 425 for 25 minutes and theyre great, try it sometime.

Sorry to hear about your ankle injury:disgust: With the sheer amount of cardio you're doing right now, I really hope it doesn't compound into something more serious. Your pace is straight up awesome though; I couldn't come close to what you're doing without running myself ragged. Excellent cuts in those pics as well:xyxthumbs:
