Some freaky shoulder strength their tweak. Thats alot of weioght to be messin around with doing laterals. Looking strong as always. QUick workout too, and heavy.

Todays session, just messing around

Bench Press - just a few sets of doubles with a burn out set at the end.

Incline Db Press - 2 sets of 8

Overhead Db Extension - 3 sets of 10

Flat Bench with feet off ground - 5 sets of 10

Close Grip with feet off ground - 3 sets of 10

well, I know I was going to do that one program for a while, I did it for 6 weeks I believe. But I'm going to pull a Max-Ot and change it up. I'm going to make the routine myself, going to incorporate a lot of the footless pressing (should help the bench quite a bit), still going to be doing a lot of 8x3 and 10x3, so the frequency will be high, and everything will be aimed more towards strength and power (no changes there). I'll start it officially on Monday.

I rode bicycles tonight :e5dunno:

I've been riding bicycles more often, one of my friends is really big into riding bikes so I ride with him and some other friends. Paul even comes along sometimes :49:

anyway, its excellent cardio :xyxthumbs: tonight I only rode 10 miles :e5dunno:

hopefully this summer, were planning on riding about 50-100 miles in a single day, that will be awesome

50-100 is a big range. 100 is considerably harder than 50. It's more than twice as hard.

Great workout Tweak, consistancy and hardwork is shown witht hose box squats thats a big leap no matter the situation. Looking great as always tweak.

Squats are looking great, we're about even on the strenght their from my dieting now.

Your pullups are still incredibly gay in their goodness.
