0,5 hour golfing (driving range)
1 hour and 15 min of intensive fotbal (soccer)
Good with some cardio, i've had 2 "EatAllYouCanDays" lots of carbs and shit...
Getting back on track with diet tomorrow, maybe getting myself some new running shoes, going to do some hill runs
