I use :
NO Xplode (30 min before training)
BCAA Powder (30 min before training) : by Active Power (German, very high quality, very recognized in France)
Whey Protein (in the 20min after training) : by Prolact (German also, very high quality, very recognized in France)


and when I have the means of having some, I use SUPERCHARGE!

Beverly International Ultra 40 Liver Tabs
Fish Oils - 600mg Omega 3 Daily
B-Complex
Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM Combo (dont take this nearly as much as I once was)
Maximum Greens <-- just click it if you dont know what it is
Whey Protein once in a great while, nearly never anymore.
Melatonin <-- I have trouble going to bed at a descent hour :e5dunno:
Green Tea <-- not really a supp but Jackie Chan makes some kickass tea

I might have to incorporate flax seed oil again before bed time since I still have some.

Here's some supplements Ive taken...

Whey Protein (2 shakes before and after workout)
Met-Rx Meal Replacement Packet (usually one of my post-workout meals)
Vitamin B Complex (2 every morning)
Fish Oils (ill soon be taking these)
Melatonin (i take this once in a while to sleep sooner)
BSN's No-Explode (still have some, will take it once in awhile cause it tastes good)

L-Glutamine (still have some, but dont ever take it)
Creatine Monohydrate (half a bottle, but dont take it now)
Nutrex's Lipo 6 (taken alot of this, and its helped, but dont use it anymore)
MuscleTech's Hydroxycut Hardcore (wasn't to impressed with this product)
Anavol by NxCare (creatine capsule) (got it from my cousin, never taken it, but might try it sometime off my diet :e5dunno:)

i just use muscletech nitrotech hardcore shakes 3 times a day!
1x in the morning when i get up (10AM)
1x After my Training (12.30-1PM)
1x When i go to bed (11PM)

Absolutely. Those were just products I bought when I was still a noob at dieting. I still am kind of a noob in bodybuilding, but ive lost about 23 lbs since Feb. without the fat burners.

Optimum Nutritions BCAA (Luceine, Lysine, Valine combo) helps with energy
Beverly International Ultra 40 Liver Tablets
Creatine (Monohyrdate and Ester, Ester post workout)
Melatonin
Energy Pills - Hydroxycut, Hot Rox (just sometimes for more energy)
Aller-7 (herbal mix for my severe hay fever which should be coming on shortly, hopefully this helps)

Protein Powders/Drinks:
Oryx Goat Whey
Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass (weight gainer)
Nature's Best IsoPure Meal Packet (50g Protein, 25g Carbs, 0g Fat) delicious
GNC 100% Whey (tastes like shit)
Muscle Milk RTDs - I drink these all the time, delicious.

Other:
Whatever samples I take from work, ranging from pre-workout packets, proteins, weight gainers, energy pills, etc. etc.

Supplements I'm looking into:
Phosphatidyl Serine - similar effects to Adderall
Pre-Workout Energizers - I like energy :tear: I like Fast Twitch :e5dunno:
Some creatines here and there, seems I repond better to the ester over the monohyrdate :e5dunno:
