same exact shit happened to me, i hurt by back deadlifting. no worries though i still had a good leg workout with squats, i gotta say vicodin is fucking amazing! totally pain free. i'm just gonna take 2 weeks off of deadlifing i'm sure if you did the same you'll be fine. good luck with the back pain.

it feels better i guess last nights powercleans healed it haha, if i can get a hold of vicodin wow that be great, ive still been deadlifting but very light, its one of my favorite exercises besides squat, i have to do it haha, tomorrow i deadlift we will see how it goes:dunnodude:
