got my cast taken off at 2 worked out at 3:30
wrist hurts like a bitch
cant even push open a glass door with it
and still lacking full ROM
had to drop down the weight because my wrist couldn't handle it bench press

I understand the feeling of not wanting to miss training but better to ease in gently than potentially have to take more time off. That said looks like you made the most of your sessions.
