I really like your dynamic sprint training. I've done tons of that crap at 6am since I've been in college lol, but that is how you train for speed and trust me it helps a lot. The season is getting close, how are you feeling? I know I'm ready to strap it up and knock the fuck out of someone haha

don't have access to weights until probably the 18th, thats at best so I had to do body weight exercises
tomorrow i will be using resistance bands for a different circuit
today I did a circuit with no rest in between exercises
speed squats
50 push ups
25 lunges
25 each leg burpees (hardest one because of cardio)
15 pull ups
10 sissy squats
25 crunches
100 speed squats

FINALLY got back into the weight room
though it was only a quick bench session
i realized i lost a fair amount of strength and endurance
2 and a half weeks off+off of creatine=nothing good
better to do bench than nothing, if you had more time you could do bench in superset with some bb rows, or bb upright rows ..or why not bb curls .. but good job nonetheless bro
thanks tkd, i would have but i wanted to see how my body would respond since i haven't done anything for my chest in a while, and wow i am sore as hell
today i'm going to do some deads and maybe some t-bar rows depending on how I feel
