I have a few things I am proud of or consider impressive. :D

600lb deadlift x 1
405lbs BB Bench Press x 10
465lb BB Bench Press x 3
500lb Squat x 10
140lb DB Military Press x 6
365lb BB Incline Press x 10
1400lb Leg Press x 8 (15 plates a side)
275lb Behind the Neck Military Press x 6
405 Front Squat x 6 (ripped my boxers :keke:)

That is all I can remember right now.

Well I was going to post something but now I just feel like a weak 12 year old girl...:ihavesandinmyvagina

getting 245 20rep breathing squat, when i normally got 6-7 reps with that weight. took me a long time but finally got the last rep out, collapsed after.

first time i got 365 deadlift x1, previously i could only do 315x3, some reason i worked to 365 and got it, was so pumped after that was celebrating like crazy

I wouldn't worry. It is worth considering that these lifts would for his age and weight make him a national champ, or alternatively better than the 99th percentile, so he is either being fraudulant or not telling us the whole truth on his training regime.

Excuse me? I have been very open about my past and training program. Just because you bitter because you were proven wrong about the pectoralis major being one muscle doesnt mean you have to be a dick and practically call me a liar.
Did I take stuff? Yes four years ago, do I now? No, and I dont appreciate your accusation. Just because you cannot lift much doesn't mean you need to talk shit. I have nothing to prove, these are my all time best lifts. I cannot repeat some of them anymore, but the thread name was most impressive gym feats. Those are mine, and when I did them I was not on anything.
Am I a national champ? No, I have competed once. I weight train and bodybuild as a hobby and lifting heavy is my favorite way to do it. I have a very respectable physique, but lifting heavy in no way means that I am a national level competitor. Unlike you, I have posted pics and people that can speak for my lifts on this site if you need proof. You dont have a log, you dont have pics, you dont have a profile... your one of those forum geeks that talks but cannot back it up :dunnodude:

Weighted Chinups - 110lbs x 3
Weighted Dips - 145x4 (when I weighed in the 190lbs over a year ago)
Weighted Pushups - 135lbs x 6
84 Pushups in 60 Seconds

Thats about it...although I'll soon beat the chinup and both pushup marks. I don't do dips anymore so that one won't be surpassed again anytime soon unless I take up dips :e5dunno:

here's mine:

deadlift-500x1
flat bb press- 315x5
front squat- 315x3
dips bw+135x5
T-bar rows- 8 plates x9

I can do almost all of these right now, but I'll definately break them all this spring after hockey is done. Right now, I'm just maintaining.
