i pushed 225lbs for some in military press cupple month ago :) and yes free weight bb, no smith machine :)

edit:

also improved my inc. legpress with 990lbs for 10straight reps :2:

breaking into the 1,000 pound club at my school for maxes on power cleans, deads, squats, and bench
squats: 300 lbs
deads: 385 lbs
power clean: 125 lbs (I never do them and quit once i got 125)
bench: 200 lbs (I was so happy it's my first time getting that much up)
and I'm 17 years old and weigh 150
weak I know but still for me it was a feat

.........Not being able to do any deadlifts or squats, but after 2 months of training, doing a deadlift of 225lb 3 times and a squat of 210lb 2 times. Doesn't seem much, but to me, it's progress.

805lb hacksquats tried for 8 reps to parallel got 7 tried for the 8th but the whole thing fell
embarrassing, but hey got some good reps in
that was when i was a fatty
