Of me posing recently the only few I have are from a camera phone and they have been my avatars, which I try to switch up.
I do need some more though... I will get on that.
However, I was dieted down also.. I think I was four or so weeks out...

LEG DAY!
Today didnt feel to great but oh well, I am getting use to this style of training.. and I couldnt resist doing a few more sets... Ill get over it eventually :D

Front Squats:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 8 (warmup)
315 x 4 (warmup)
365 x 4 (bar almost slipped off my shoulders, they hurt still from chest :ughnoes:)
315 x 8 (real deep, had to make up for the bad set above)

Leg Press:
22 plates total x 15
24 plates total x 12
(could have done way more on each set... but when I stress to much on leg presses I get a pain in my neck)

Smith Machine Lunges:
315 x 10 each leg (fried em!)

Hamstrings:
Sitting Leg Curl:
115 x 15
150 x 15
150 x 12

Lying Leg Curl:
185 x 15
200 x 12
200 x 12

Did some calves and split! I almost puked after the lunges... I had to go sit for a while haha. Until tomorrow :xyxthumbs:

Yeah, I dont know exactly how much I am pressing.. its over 1000 lbs i know that.. but who knows how much is taken off.. so I just count plates :)

Shoulder Day! I took yesterday off so I did bis and tris as well... still got out in an hour and ten minutes :xyxthumbs:

(Yes, my form is good on these exercises and I do full range of motion on each)

DB Military Presses:
80 x 15 (warmup)
100 x 8 (warmup)
120 x 10 (was supposed to be my set but I took it as another warmup)
130 x 6 (sixth one I needed help :no:)

Standing DB Side Laterals:
60 x 15
70 x 12
60 x 10

Pec Deck Rear Delt:
295(stack) x 12
295 x 10

Messed around with some cable side laterals while I was thinking of what to do for arms... :e5dunno:

EZ Bar Sitting French Press:
95 x 15
115 x 15
150 x 12

(Single Pulley) Straight Bar Pressdown:
130 x 12

Rope Pulldowns:
110 x 12 (awesome pump!)

Standing DB Curls:
50 x 8
70 x 11 (really worked for that last rep)

Standing BB Curl:
135 x 11 (had to do some cheat curls on the last three)

Standing DB Hammer Curls:
100 x 12

Messed around with some Cable Front Double Bicep curls at the end.

Kinda unorganized but still got a decent workout in.

great lifts and all braaq, but i wanna know.. how tha hell do u move around all that weight?????????, not to come off rude or anything, and not sure what the best way to ask this question is, but are u natural??.. sorry if it offended you, but those weights and reps are just ridiculous for a natty to move around, and almost not-believable.

Since when does lifting heavy mean your on roids? I have always been strong, as is Turkish and he is clean. I dabbled when I was 19 and 20... nothin much, honestly. It gave me a boost and now four years later I am still getting bigger and stronger without anything but diet and natural supps.

Haha thanks, the way I see it since I am still making decent gains a year then I dont need em... besides, I dont plan on trying to become a pro so I dont need em. Also I dont wanna die at 50 because I wanted to be big in my 20's:tiphat:

Imense strength -truly staggering. Kinda nice being able to mess around with exercises in the gym and being instinctive. Didn't affect your lifts that's for sure!

Bent Over BB Rows:

One Arm DB Rows:

Hammerstrength Rows (widergrip handle):
180 (each arm) x 10
225 (each arm) x 8

DB Shrugs:
130 x 15
140 x 15
150 x 12

Did some calves and got out in an hour... felt good... I did a few too many sets but it felt great and I had a lot of energy.
