Yea, after those heavy inclines, id be too puffered to even try half that weight with bb, but damn too man, 365? even after that
some intense action there man, keep it up

those incline db presses are sick!!!:D and following that up with 365 for reps on the flat bb press is pretty damn impressive imo:)

Thanks :tiphat: the exam went great actually, which is always good. I just have too high of standards for myself in the gym. You will rarely see me happy with my performance.

Yo guys check this Leg day out, I had a killer headache and made it worse with some ephedra...

Squats (deep baby deep!!)
135 x 10 (warmup)
315 x 12 (warmup, whoops too many)
405 x 6 (warmup, tooo easy)
550 x 3 (made my head hurt so I had my spotter take the 50lbs off and dropped down to:
500 x 6
That was one impressive ass set... sorry but I had to toot my own horn on that one. :coolguy:

Leg Press:
10 plates/side x 20 (too light)
12 plates/side x 15 (should have put the 100lb plates on cause it was filled up and too light :tear:)

Smith Lunges:
315 x 10 per leg ... legs where fried after this set

Hammer Strength Sitting Leg Curl:
3 sets of 150lbs x 12

Lying Leg Curl:
170 x 15
200 x 10
200 x 8 drop to:
170 x 10

Not bad considering I had a splitting headache, and I have never tried to rep out 550lbs on squat before and it was solid. I had to drop though cause my headache was excrutiating.

EPHEDRA = :eek5chyper:, which = :weightlifter:
(I missed ephedra sooo much :D, can yall tell I am hyper as fuck?)

crazy ass leg session broski, those squats were heeavvyyy.......where did u get hte ephedra from?? was it a site online or what becuz i'm looking to get sum for my diet :tiphat:

Unbelieveable squatting there. Truly outstanding! I can only dream to be squatting that amount. However it looks like you are trying to wrestle my smith lunge crown from me which I can't be having... :)

Wide Over-Hand Cable Row:

Wide Under-Hand Cable Row:

Machine Row (Outter Side Grip for mid back)
265 x 12
300 x 10

After that I did some shrugs and calves. Not bad for only eating a bowl of oatmeal all day :xyxthumbs:
