Ill try to get some... dont have a camera. Besides, I wanna put some pics up when I am not a skinny ass dieted down poon like the pics yall have seen so far. I look the same, but bigger (obviously) the only thing that is noitceable is my stomach is cut up.

the weights you use are insane, plus the warm-ups themselves

Back Day: (subpar)

Wide pull downs:
180 x 15 (warmup)
230 x 10 (warmup)
270 x 10 (great pump)

Close Grip Pulley Rows:
300 (stack) x 12

Bent-Over BB Rows:
315 x 10
315 x 8 (just wanted to do one more :D)

Hammer Strength Isolateral Low Row:
5 plates a side x 12 (great pump, getting wide!)

Reverse Grip-Wide Pull Downs:
250 x 12

Deads:
315 x 8 (warmup)
405 x 6 (warmup)
500 x 6 ( :no: ) this is what made the whole workout in the end subpar... It just felt to heavy form some reason.

Not great but will do, also I had some creepy ass old dude coming up and talking to me... talking about roller rinks and how one section of the gym should be a roller rink... :49:

Damn it man just awesome! Doing deads at the end of the session and still repping out with 500lbs! And you thought that was subpar - well even if it was for you then bear in mind it was at the end of an already brutal back session!

Very true, guess I didnt think of that. I use to do deads first.. so that could definitely be the reason why.
