Military Smith Press:

DB side laterals:

DB rear laterals:

Triceps:
Over-head French Press:

Cable Press Downs (single pulley)

Single Arm Cable Kickbacks:
50 x 12
70 x 10

Biceps:
Straight BB Preacher Curl:
70 x 12 (warmup)

Standing DB Curls:
60s x 12

Rope Cable Curls:
130 x 15
180 x 12

Did some calves and got out in about and hour. I was lazy all day and ate, so I felt watery and kinda shitty... so not bad for a lazy day.

Listened to Flay and Atreyu... so that helped get me going.

Thanks I have been relying on indirect stimulation for arms and hitting em just every other week... So that is what this was

Thanks :tiphat:, felt good. I am not too sure or comfortable training shoulders with this different training style.. so it feels like I am not even doing anything.. use to do high volume and higher reps for shoulders.

275 for 8 on military press!! wtf ure insane dude, only time ive seen that is in the pros dvds lol:D awesome laterals afterwards, really lighting up those shoulders, french press looks great too, ur strenght is just nuts. do u push your working sets to failure or what?

I try to but I pick a weight that I will only get six to eight on and the last rep should be my definite last (as in no way I will get another on my own). I have done 315 on Smith Military Press before several times... but I am much more comfortable with 275 :tiphat: I was forced to do the heavy laterals because all the DBs were taken up to 60's but they felt great.

140s x 8

Flat BB Bench Press:
365 x 4.5.....:angrydude:
(note to self: Dont try to bench heavy after another heavy compound exercise.. :no: )

Hammer Strength IsoLateral Incline:
4 plates/side x 12
5 plates/side x 7

Cable Flies:
80 per arm (stack) x 12 (3 sets)

Off day, feel like I am getting sick... and I should have been studying for an exam tomorrow.. but didnt feel like studying so this was the only thing I wanted to do. Next week I want payback for this workout.
