got some tuna, mixed veggie in steam bag, soup also that 64oz of light egg nog i had at work (drank it all, chugged it) 16servings, 140 cals per serving = 2,240 cals.
Had a can of Chunky fully loaded soup 300 cals per serving 2 servings, 19grams of protein per serving.
can of chunky fully loaded turkey pot pie 400cals 22grams of protein. 30gram protein bar scoop of volumaize. later some oats
what i had for lunch at work hungry man dinner 2 cheeseburger subs then on my last 30mins break a cheeseburger sandwhich

If your avatar picture of you is actually you, you have a reasonable size. In short, you do not consume enough protein. Im only going by what i see, you have not given a complete calorie , protein etc etc breakdown

Shouldnt that be enough to support growth? yea, but i fear that my metabolism is kicking in at a late stage my older bro whos 25, is about 5'10 and 127 or or lbs, and i m still maintaining my own size, when up to high school i use to gain fat easy... dunno whats going on

Had a A1 thick and hearty and regular burger at whataburger meal etc some Simple harvest oatmeal, a glass of whole milk.

64oz egg nog, 2 packets oatmeal, bowl of cereal whole milk,
