O-M-G!!! <lol, dude i love cracker barrel, i havent been there in years!!! hey has anyone ever been tp PAL's??? i ate there when i was in tennesee me and my friend would eat there everyday after he got outta work, i swear the best burgers and frys ever!!!!!

Never heard of Pals, i'll look it up see if theres one here..
i saw a sign on the way there "Bubbas - burgers" i thought it was the same bubba burger patties you can buy, might be wrong..
it was either Cracker barrel.. or Toms ribs, Cracker barrel was closer :) lol

i know that in tennesee there are pals about 15 minutes away from eachother, they are all over!!! lol

Woke up awhile ago

Had a scoop and half of Elite 12 hour whey

before bed had a bagel with butter, slide of deli cheese, some shaved deli turkey

Havent had any motivation to hit the gym
its 4:32pm here and i went to bed last nite around 8am after work
im trying my best to figure out what to do
i can see im getting flabby..

meal 1 4:00-4:30pm -- Cereal with whole milk, Havoc, inhibit-e, vitamins, osteo-bi-flex
meal 2 5:15-5:30 (in 15min s) -- 2 scoops Elite 12 hour whey = 42grams protein
Meal 3 6:30-6:45 -- 1 scoop whey, banana (MMM) 2 things of whole wheat bread,
meal 4 (before gym) -- 4 eggs, 1 glass skim milk ,some veggies
meal 5 (after gym) 8:45 - 9:00PM -- 2 scoops whey, some veggies,
meal 6 (before work) 10:30 pm -- cereal with skim milk, large water
meal 7 (at work, lunch break 3:30AM) -- 2 scoops of whey
meal 8 (end of work shift 7:30-8:00am) scoop of whey
then sleep

I usually have meats whenever i see em in the fridge, i might not add it in my log, if i find some i'll edit it, into the log.

had a salad and 3 slices of pizza (with veggies, etc) at pizza hit, with water and large sweet tea. got home.

Worked last nite 11PM to 8AM, went to bed around 9;30AM. woke up around 9:30pm
had a peanut butter jelly sandwhich, banana, 30gram protein shake.

meal 4 (before gym) -- 200g cottage cheese & 200grams potatoe
meal 5 (after gym) 8:45 - 9:00PM -- 1 scoop whey, cooked rice 150grams, some cooked lean meat, or 5 egg whites or 150grams tuna in springwater with side bowl of mixed veggies
meal 6 (before work) 10:30 pm -- Oats with 2 table spoons of yogurt with 250mls skinny milk, 1 scoop whey with water & 4 egg whites , 1 whole egg
meal 7 (at work, lunch break 3:30AM) -- 2 scoops of whey, 2 meat ssandwiches or Tuna, carrot, tomatoe and lettuce
meal 8 (end of work shift
7:30-8:00am) scoop of whey with skinny milk 250mls, 200grams cottage cheese
then sleep

Hey steve, try something like this above in red colour texting, that would suit you alot better and u will have more energy with better nutrition aswel.

Set your alarm clock to around 5:30pm and when it goes off and u dont wanna get out of bed, say to yourself
"i gotta get out of bed, i need to eat and get all my meals in, im on a diet!"
