O-M-G!!! <lol, dude i love cracker barrel, i havent been there in years!!! hey has anyone ever been tp PAL's??? i ate there when i was in tennesee me and my friend would eat there everyday after he got outta work, i swear the best burgers and frys ever!!!!!

meal 1 4:00-4:30pm -- Oats or musli with skinny milk, Havoc, inhibit-e, vitamins, osteo-bi-flex
meal 2 5:15-5:30 (in 15min s) -- 2 scoops Elite 12 hour whey = 42grams protein
Meal 3 6:30-6:45 -- 1 scoop whey, banana (MMM) 2 things of whole wheat bread, add some peanut butter on the wheat bread
meal 4 (before gym) -- 200g cottage cheese & 200grams potatoe
meal 5 (after gym) 8:45 - 9:00PM -- 1 scoop whey, cooked rice 150grams, some cooked lean meat, or 5 egg whites or 150grams tuna in springwater with side bowl of mixed veggies
meal 6 (before work) 10:30 pm -- Oats with 2 table spoons of yogurt with 250mls skinny milk, 1 scoop whey with water & 4 egg whites , 1 whole egg
meal 7 (at work, lunch break 3:30AM) -- 2 scoops of whey, 2 meat ssandwiches or Tuna, carrot, tomatoe and lettuce
meal 8 (end of work shift 7:30-8:00am) scoop of whey with skinny milk 250mls, 200grams cottage cheese
then sleep
I know dridz, i need to find a way to fix this horrid sleeping pattern
