if your work pants have pockets, you can always put a protein bar in one side and small bag of mixed dried fruit with nuts and munch of them wheil u work :keke:

Its a little bit of both.
im trying to gain 20lbs.

had a 25gm protein shake
a PBJ sandwhich, and bowl of cheerios.

but when your unable to eat anything, a protein shake and a bar with mixed fruit and nuts does the job :tiphat: for a quick snack

today

Had a hungry man hearty hero 2 pack meatball sandwhiches
each is 610 calories, plus muscle-tech Mesotech protein RTD 45grams protein during lunch break.

got home, had a 5 scoop MRM mass-gainer protein shake about 60-70grams of protein.

some water,

Not sure if you're giving me 'tude or not, but that's fine. I definitely see what you're trying to achieve.

Being I don't know your body type, I can't really have an impacting "say". However, physiologically it's not possible. Either you're in a caloric surplus or you're in a caloric deficit. Maintaining is fine, but that's boring and pointless unless you're time strapped or have another engagement.

I'd suggest a clean bulk whilst keeping your lines. This might mean you employ 1-2 days/wk of moderate intensity cardio and/or it can be a diet emphasizing the following:

Complex carbs throughout entire day (excluding morning and post workout).
Saturated fat intake from sources as only a byproduct (so not much pizza and shit foods).

That simple bra. Eating clean, but in excess. Does this make sense?

i gain fat very easily,
mostly in chest, gut, upper leg area


eating clean yea, that helps, i might just need to stock up on food
right after work, i work over night stocker at a grocery store heh, good call.

Ya dude i'd start stocking up on whole foods....right now it looks like your diet consists of mainly powders, bars, fast food and tv dinners which arent the best choices. Id stock up on lean red meat and chicken/fish. Buy brown rice and oats in bulk. Only thing is you gotta take time out of your day to prep the food for the following day....key to clean bulk or any diet for that matter really is being organized. Its to ez to go eat fast food or powders etc for convenience if you don't have the proper food prepared. Goodluck dude!

it aint hard to cook chicken/beef and rice.....or oats lol

just boil rice and oats in water....chicken and beef throw in a pan or on the bbq. Honestly you need to eat more quality food dude bulking or cutting
