    I really feel everyone's making this pre-contest cut a lot harder than it needs to be. The things argued about shouldn't be that stressful. Making adjustments on a cut for me was easier then re-analyzing on a bulk.

    it didnīt fail last time, i just didnīt follow it to a t, so i wasnīt in ketosis, also iīve been reading alot on daves program and understanding it better and better and iīm gonna do this diet for the rest of the prep

    Good luck, make sure you're in a caloric deficit like Ironslave mentioned.

    That means you failed? Normally before you go on a "CUT" or "BULK" you plan your diet ahead of time. You just don't jump right into it, without a thought.

    Keep your calories below 2000 and do cardio. Just like everyone else has said on this page!

    MEAL #1
    6 whole eggs
    MEAL #2
    SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with tablespoon of Peanut butter

    MEAL #3
    8oz chicken with 1/2-cup almonds

    MEAL #4
    SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with tablespoons Peanut butter

    MEAL #5
    8oz Salmon, with a green salad with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

    MEAL #6
    SHAKE: 50g Whey with tablespoon peanut butter

    Max Diet is looking perfect right now. Keep it the way it is until around 8 weeks and we will see how yo uare doing from there and adjust your diet accordingly.

    He could be spooning down flax seed oil rather than olive oil. Far more effective when preparing for a contest.

    I'm thinking fibre is an issue too considering the number of shakes and lack of veges. Is this an issue Flex?

    Eat some cheese max. Its the best way to pass an easy stool on a low carb diet. :carduindisguise

    i would add some broccoli/spinach greens for fibre.... you can eat all you want and it helps the shits
