Good deadlifting although you prolly shouldn't be doing 1RMs while dieting. Stay focused!

so this was my session yesterday and i did chest,tricep,cardio

bb bench press:
-60kg wu
-90kg 4 reps
-95kg 3 reps
-97kg 1 rep
-80kg 8 reps

db incline press:
-27kg 10 reps
-30kg 10 reps
-32kg 10 reps

dips 4 sets 12 reps

db fly?s:
-15kg 12 reps
-15kg 12 reps
-17kg 12 reps

laying e-z bar extension:
-20kg 10 reps
-25kg 10 reps
-30kg 10 reps
i don?t count the weight of the bar

db one arm extension:
-12kg 10 reps
-12kg 10 reps
-12kg 10 reps

cable rope pushdown 3 sets 10 reps

i didn?t notice the the thickness but i guess the deadlifts are helping with that

your back are good,but work more your chest,work your chest alone not with arms,and do a lot of bench press,pullover,dips with weights and dumbbell Flyes

same as last week, not happy about that

bb row
-100kg 5 reps

-120kg 5 reps
pretty impressed with that

bb shoulder press:

i guess ill update this log a little, a supplement update, im using the hydroxycut hardcore and added the gaspari creatine size on pre-contest and the protein im using is the the one from isotori called wp2x. so they year 2011 will be a fun one for sure, sixpack b4 may :)

db incline press:
-35kg 5 reps
-37kg 5 reps
-40kg 5 reps heavy as hell

bb rows
-100kg 5 reps
-110kg 5 reps
-110kg 5 reps
no straps used btw

db shoulder press:
-30kg 5 reps
-32kg 5 reps
-32kg 5 reps

db shrugs
3 sets 45kg 5 reps

then i did cardio as usual

ive decided to compete again, will be 12 weeks out on friday so im gonna post new pics in 4 days then :D
