For Europe, Italy that means:

women's, figure bikini stuff prejudging
-07:30 PM Friday September 24, 2010 (Rome time), or Friday at 19:30

women's, bikini finals and Mr O men prejudging
-04:00 AM Saturday September 25, 2010 in Rome timezone, so yea that's 4 in the morning lol

Time zone converter sites:

This one is the easiest: just select the date you want, set the time AM/PM, select the Vegas time zone, GMT-7, or the PDT time zone, and then select the zone for which you want to convert, Europe, Asia..etc (your time zone/country), click convert and it's done.

example:
10:30:00 a.m. Friday September 24, 2010 in GMT-7(Vegas) converts to
06:30:00 p.m. Friday September 24, 2010 in Europe/Lisbon (Natzo's timezone)
