Its a machine line. its plate loaded but its the actual bar u know when ronnie does his curl in COR its like that but plate loaded and i only use one arm.

Glex: its kinda akward at finst but u get use to it.

Left arm being worked: right leg foward, right hand on right knee and kinda bend down keep the head foward or up.

right hand being worked: left leg foward, left hand on left leg look up or foward and row w right hand

Thats the best i can describe it bro!

how often do you deadlift?

do you like bent over bb rows? i find that to be the best workout for my back thickness

Serb: i try and stick with 10 reps or so but i use really strict form, i usually put barbell rows in their once a week or so, i also do stiff leg deads on leg day so i dont do regualr deadlifts bc i do legs 2 times a week.

Ok i did legs today. FOr thos ethat dont know i have a slight problem with my right knee thank God its only slight though. i cant squat but i canleg press.
Line- It s the connective tissue an inch above my knee cap that holds it into place bro, i think i have some slight tears in it form heavy squats. Not sure ut thats my guess for the ,moment.

245x35, 270x30, 295x25, 320x20, 345x15, 370x13, 395x15, 420 i went to lift this off and i think i could of done 12 but i cramped up in my groin so i re racked it waited a min or so tried again and cramped agaiin so i unloaded the machine and said that was it for vertical leg press for the day i wanted to do 10 sets but inly got in 7 oh well i guess

One legged leg presses on a normal but very old leg press(right leg,left leg)
200x(15,15 ) 225x(15,15) 250x(10,10)

Supersetted with

Laying leg curls

last but not least

SLDL

Did fascia streaches for hamstrings

Good to see you're working around your injury and still getting the most out of your workouts. Glad to see vertical and regular leg press don't bother you and your weights on both are fantastic (one-legged presses are hard as hell)! I've got some information on the lower extremity to look over so I'll look up what you've got going on in that knee of yours. Hopefully it's nothing too serious bro, until then: keep wrapping it up!


PS: Don't wrap it up with the ladies; that's for fags like Papi. :yarly:
