Well ok baby! Here whats goin on. Up until the last week i was in the best shape of my life i was 247lbs and was at a descient body fat of 13.5. In the last week i got food poisoning or the flu either way i was down to eating like once a day if i was lucky. over the last 6 days i went from the 247 to 231, i havent trained for a week or so so plans are to go back in this evening and do a ll bit of chest and back and bis.
Ill report back tonight and keep faithful w the log.
