Wow Ben, whats up my friend?! Sorry to hear about your illness, atleast you will still trying to consume some kind of food. You dropped quite a bit of weight, that really sucks. But what bulkboy said, thank god for muscle memory.

Tonight i went in to get a pump on my arms and foramrs also.

then that was it i did some calf raises and some reverse calf raises single legs on both.
Alright folks. hopefully ill feel like im at full energy tomorrow. I had a can of chicken noodle soup a protein shake and 2 PB and J sands all day prior to the workout, and prior to that was the 24 hours w ZERO food so i could get rid of the food poisoning. Im tryin to carb up now and get my protein back in me. sticking to small meals, and soft starchy foods bc i still downt wanna hurl :D

sorry to hear bout your illness BB but good to see you up and going again, i had a similar incident i had strep and the flu two weeks ago and dropped 19 pounds in 4 days still haven't got back to 100%.....
