Looks like a good solid workout there man. But why trying to use the deas to improve your upper back may i ask? Why not keep them as the lower back (all round) builder they are and implement another exercise, say, T-bars or Db rows pulled further foreward than usual to hit that area?. Whatever you decide to do, keep up the great work man. :xyxthumbs:

Those front squats are truly enormous Ben, as much as my back squat!! That sure is one brutal session but that's exactly what I've come to expect from my friend. Total all out war!!

Back works look great, BB although I curious as to why you didn't go heavier on DB Rows after the BB Rows were so heavy. Either way, every thing is still heavy as hell and you don't look like a slouch on that bicep work either :xyxthumbs:
