Looks like a good solid workout there man. But why trying to use the deas to improve your upper back may i ask? Why not keep them as the lower back (all round) builder they are and implement another exercise, say, T-bars or Db rows pulled further foreward than usual to hit that area?. Whatever you decide to do, keep up the great work man.
