EDIT: about a show: ive actually dropped 10 lbs or so and am around 12 % BF but i dont plan on taking it any lowr bc i have plans for summer school and dont think a show is in my near future. I also have t make an appointment w a dermotlogist that does surgeries bc i had cists(a form of acne that leaves scars) when i was 16-19 really and have marks form that so i need that removed befor ei think about a show. i guess i just plan to keep on learning how my body reacts to what kinds of training and food until then.

At this point i was about to fall asleep i was exhausted this was close to day 8 in a row or 9 either way its time for a few days of rest high carbs and lots a sleep
My current wieght is 231 Im as lean as i think i have ever been w 4 visible abs Im eating 6 or 7 meals a day depending the last 2 are just protein.
Uhh takin NO2, supercharge and creatine for supps, i take animal pak once a day and centrum in morning and at night.
i usually end the day with about 200 carbs and 270-320 G protein. Just thought id give an update on what was goin on w the diet n stuff. Plan on taking friday and saturday off eating real well thos e2 days to carb up hopefully get 10 hours of sleep or so both noights and uh come back at it on sunday and then back to the diet.
First, @ the loud colored sweats. Secondly, the shoulder work is impressive as hell. 225 x 10 and then 8 is sick and it looks like you were able to hit your traps hard after that as well.
Onto squats, 405 x 10 ain't know joke, no wonder you were dead tired after that and hacks.
Max: Thanks man, i posted pics in full off season mode i think mabye not i was 247, like i said im about 231 in the mornings when i wake up now so ive dropped about 16lbs so far and kept my strength. Thank God bc my carbs are about 200 G lower and i dropped a lot of the fat outta my diet. Im not looking to drop anyu more weight just keep my diet and put on muscle at a lower fat w it bein summer and all. No pics for now bc i havent been able to lay out n get any sun.
I remember when I first joined BBD, and one of the first guys I hit it off with was you Benny, we were swapping advice and stuff and it helped me alot.
A few minutes ago I was in my log complaining about feeling like crap and stuff, then I thought hey I'll go and see what Benno has been up to.
Well buddy you've inspired me again, not just with your awesome strength and your power, but with your inner strength. The way you have basically said "well I can lift x amount but that is not going to help in the long haul".
It reminded me when I first decided to compete this year I was going to "CAN THE EGO" and lift right and build quality not quantity. Your reply to Paulie was the reality check I needed.
