Thanks for the support all u know i appreciate it baby!

Wolf, yes i do isometric movements on a swiss ball before i lift usually.

Serb its all good baby its all part of the experience man, live and learn :2:

Rockito your always generous with your words and u know i appreciate it bro!

Ok so i trained legs, my knees have been doin much better like to the point i think they are healed so i started back leg pressing.

Leg ext 10 second count as rest inbetween sets
100 lbs or so it was plate loaded and felt comfortable so thats what i did 4 sets of 8

leg press
400x8, 600x8 800x8,8,8,8

The sets of 800 were superseted with more extensions
4 sets of them 8 reps a set

leg curls 10 second rest between sets
200x8, 8,8 rested a minute here then did 200x8,7,6 all 10 second rests again

one leg presses
300lbs x8,8(just went back and forth between legs and did 2 sets) rested 2 mins then did 2 more sets each leg just back and forth 8 reps each set

did abs on the swiss ball, and continued to strech the knees and practiced the splits so i dont lose the flexibility.

Thanks all!

God Bless
Ben

well maybe im wrong, but for size, its best to rest a bit more after a very intense set!! just imagine a 100 meter runner, if he goes balls out for that 100 meters and then with very little rest tries to go again, do you think he will put in 100% of his maximum output? same deal with us, if we train too quickly after a very intense set, we wont have the juice for another solid set, although i think low intensity training is great, but if your trying to attain more size, longer rest would be my suggestion..

That's true, but I guarantee you they're not getting full rest during most of their pratices between running sets.

I don't know which is better as far as muscle goes, though. I think variety is good.

Great leg session. For only just getting back into presses you hit some immense weight especially to be supersetting with!

Thanks paulie glex and rockito!

Paulie im bulking i went thru a slight cut i guess u can call it for about a month my calories in where less than my calories out so i leaned out a lot at that time, and did sets of 15 and 12 and 10.

So heres the plan i hope to be back into some light lunging movemnets in 2 weeks or so until then its what t was yesterday hopefully.

Today was shoudlers chest and tris

rotator cuffs

inclone bench BB
135x15,8 225x8, 275x6, 315x3 and a half i should of pushed that up i dont know what the deal was

Incline DB press
105x8, 130x6, 5

Up and overs w a press
110x8, 130x8, 160x6

Kicks(skull crushers)
120x8, 140x6, 4

pushdowns put pressure on the inside of the palm to give more pressure on my tris
160x8,180x8, 6

front raises seatd like on an incline benchface towards the bench
35x8, 40x6, 45x4
Back laterials the same way
35x8, 40x6, 45x4

Upright rows
135x8, 155x6, 185x4

db shrugs trhoughout the whole shoulder portion did like 45lbs for sest of 15, i get a huge pump and thickness if i squeeze my shoulder blades together and pull back and up w light wieght and do like 15-20 reps i dont really know hpow many sets it was bc i just did em whenever

Thats all folks, no legs stuff today let them rest for a day.

God Bless
Ben
