Your "Makeshift" day, looks like one of the most hardcore "Makeshift" sessions i've seens, some crazy weights man, BIG squats. Actually, lifted pretty big on every excercise didn't ya, well done, good session m8. :xyxthumbs:

Close-grips are tight, man. That's a lot of weight :2: The rest of it's not bad for a makeshift session, either.

Dead lifts both pals facing me wider grip tryin for upper back thickness
225x8,8,8,8

machine curls one arm did 8 reps wide w both arms but one at a time 8 reps close w both arms but one at a time then 12 reps w both hdans j went back and forth. that was one set then i did 3 total like that w 50 lbs

bb curls
90x8,8,8

hammer db curls standing
50x10, 55x8, 60x10

Did abs and that was it
