i don't know if anyone else sees it but I see you workin hard - having a knee problem and then gettin a cramp on vertical leg press, doin one-legged leg press supersetted with leg curls and then killin the hammys with SLDL and fascia stretching. I couldn't do it...but then I aint THE BigBen... You're earnin that paycheck mayne

Have you considered since you cant squat on Leg day to move your deadlift to leg day??? Just a thought.

Damnnn, that's a lot to comment on. It's really hard for me to pick anything in particular out because you know you're strong with all your movements, however, your DB rows and shoulder movements are note-worthy, even for you. Shake off dem deadlifts, they'll come back. Keep going hard, bro. Glad you updated
i can understand how your deads just couldn't match up coz doing 3 heavy back exercises mustv really drained the engergy outa ya. your incline bench is superb as always and you're really gettin to work with those supersets

Now that I got that out, all your numbers are awesome as always but if I had to pick a few things out, your BB rows, DB Rows, and Flat Bench are outstanding. I'll definitely be shooting to overthrow your numbers sometime soon. Can't let you get complacent, Big Guy.
