Really hard run today and felt short of breath after each hill. Most be the crappy sleeppattens after the weekends nightshift - it really wears one out, too bad it's so much fun to work the weekends... :borat:

Wednesday 21.01:

The other guys from my year group at work had a max test today. I couldn't go, because I was with my wife at the hospital getting her huge tummy scanned. So, I treated myself to some delicious hill intervals, that all ended with the Hill From Hell.

1,5 km warmups.

Intervals:

500 meters - 666 meters - 800 meters - 666 meters - 500 meters.

1,5 run home.

If yesterdays run was hard and brutal - today was fucking awesome. Really kicked my ass and that felt freaking sweet.

Jogging really, but my 3rd runningsession this week, even though I promised myself only to run 2 times a week. Oh, well...

As mentioned in an earlier post, I've decided to skip the half marathon program, since running three times a week just doesn't work with my ghey knee joints. Just don't wanna risk an injury becuase of some program, you know...
