(Frb. Gardens.)

Yet another tough running session. I was going for the hill intervals, but decided only to run a few times around the Gardens, which also inclues the Hill From Hell (aka. The Hill of Doom).

Looking forward to get a decent running shape back, but I guess I have to be patient, since the new baby is here and suddenly there's two little boys (and a tired wife) that need attention. Gotta do what I gotta do.

The long runs are off ATM, since my knees are just a little too affected by long milages. So I'm keeping the running sessions short , but instense. Last thing I want, is a knee injury...

Today's menu is roasted roundsteak, with ovenbaked carrots and turnips, spinach and bearniase sauce. :drool: Oh, and homemade chocolatemuffins...

Freak -> Baby curls comming up. One baby dumbbell weighs 3,8 kg and the other 16 kg... :thumbsup2:
