I always run outside, since treadmills are just boring to death. Used them when I started running, but now it's always outside. Nothing beats a good run, with some good runninglegs, brutal thrashmetal on the Ipod and a crisp, blue sky. Not even training. Yrly. :icon_ninja:

The route (Søndermarken) wasn't cleared from snow, so even slower today.
