heck of a workout bulkboy.....a lot of exercises there......have u ever experimented w/ one muscle each day (besides arm day w/ bi and triceps)????

philosopher: thx man, yeah they have come up a bit after i started doing them, a while ago i focused most on laterals, but ive come to the conclusion that presses are what builds thick good shoulders:)

Onebigeric: yeah i like that exercise, really squeeze my traps good, feel them all the way down in my back actually so they are definetely a keeper... thx for checking in:)

Turkish1530: thx as always for ur comments man:) as to ur question, yes i have done it before, and i like it alot, its just that now that im working and cutting and all that i need a 4 split, but after cutting is over ill do a 5 split with one muscle per day:)

BACK DAY!!!

Did Back and rear delts today: i loved it, went early to the gym, almost no people besides me:D

Back:

Chins:
mex17(oh yeah!)

mex8 my lats were burned out at this point:D

barbell rows:

100kgx12
110kgx8(almost 9 damnit) drop and:

narrow grip cable rows:

unilateral machine row:

125kgx10
140kgx9 oh boy my lats felt like they were gonna snap:)

one arm dumbell rows:

30kgx20
30kgx18
30kgx15 i rested about 30 seconds between these sets:D

rear dumbell laterals:

10kgx12
12,5kgx12
12,5kgx12

did some hanging leg raises, crunches and cable crunches for abs, before i hit the treadmill for 20 minutes burned like 170-180 cals:)

great workout bro, hell of a job on chins, even better on rows, hell of a job. Thats a good combo, back and rear delts, ive done it quite a few times and work out great. Keep lifting the impressive weights, routine looks solid to me as well. Great as always Bulkboy

some new pics for u guys, waist is down like 4,5 inch total now. feeling real good, dont know what my bf measure's at right now bit i frankly dont care, im starting to like what i see in the mirror. legs are a little down in size but they are more cut and im loving it. cant wait to get on a bulk again though, put on some real mass again:)

Hard works definitley paying off, you look like youve progressed your body quite a bit in a short time, you look better in these pics then in your others already. Ab definition is up, leg size and definiton is up, and the chest in your lat spread looks to have shown a great deal of improvement as well. Back always seemed like a strong point for you, but the definiton of your upper back has improved too.
