on another note, I just now put 2 and 2 together, your 16 or 17 right? and that strong? weigh that much with such a low amount of bodyfat :eek4:

That's gotta be tough mate. I did the same thing for a while, very little sleep, work then in a competitive sport, it's real hard.

My advise is Nutrition must be spot on to stop an deficiencies creeping in, good vitamin and mineral intake etc etc.

Hope you have alot of support around you at home, we'll all help push on here as well, I admire your dedication good luck bro.:xyxthumbs:

Well guys i guess its time to update u alittle:) dieting going pretty good, think ive shed some more bf, not sure though since i havent taken any new pics, but i will soon enough though. most likely i will take some new this weekend.

training is awesome at the moment, gotten a training partner, and we are really pushing it everytime. going alot to failure and forcing reps etc:D so things are pretty good, my sleeping pattern is still fucked up as hell though:( but whatever. ill start posting some sessions again maybe next week.

yeah bro, man i think i might suffer from that shit too, i slept like 2 hours last night and now its 11pm here and im totally awake!:S fuck this shit is annoying:disgust: i know i need to sleep, im just not capable of it, u got any tips on how to improve that man?

thats cool that your dieting is going good :tiphat:
but the sleep is a problem :(
maybe try some melatonin? or what helps me get to sleep is a noise machine, creates ocean or rain noises stuff like that, i dont know seems to help sometimes, but your problem sounds worse :/

I'm surprised you had the grip left to do them at the end like that, nicely done.

Quality session. That incline is still heavy cos as you say it really makes a difference from flat. Those dips are really impressive too.

dips are a definite standout. That weight on inclines isn't anything to be ashamed of either, nicely done :xyxthumbs:

strong bicep work as well, you should be feeling this one today :2:
