Nice call starting off with the incline bench. For sure its harder then flat but you threw up some impressive weights their. That upper chest must be growing after that. Flat bb impressive as always, especiially since u went hevay with incline. Amazing dips, and bi workout as well. The pics have been proving uve been busting ur ass in the gym every session.

sweet session, nice dips, good to see you hitting the inclines first, you will bring that chest up in no time, my thory is if you can be massive in one muscle than you can in all of them, as long as you have tight form and get stronger.......so look at your legs and back, your chest is next buddy, do it.

Rocky: thx alot man appreciate it, although im really not satisfied with my presses, they have gone down the drain after i started cutting, my presses and also my leg strenght have faded like hell. annoying, but oh well soon bulking again:D

Good solid back session there bro :xyxthumbs:. So glad to see that you decided not to push the deads to heavy to soon, it's just not worth the risk (I should know, i ripped up my lower back trying to do more than i was capable of at the time, that put me out for 3 months and still isn't where it should be). Nice heavy barbell rows i notice there too man, well done, keep on liftin, get nasty! :xyxthumbs:

nice back session there buddy, go heavy or go home buddy, nice heavy rows and deadz and some pump sets in db rows but with heavy weight, monster in the making

aftermath: shit im overtrained atm, my whole body is aching. i havent had a week off in like 4 months and since im cutting and sleeping almost nothing, my energy is so low. me and my partner decided to take it easy for the rest of the week then rest up through the weekend, so my legs and shoulder session will be nothing to brag about, ill post them though. later guys:tiphat:

if u feel like u need a break man take one, it's worse to overtrain than it is to let ur body rest up and grow.....btw as always an overall killer training session

dips are quite awesome, along with your calve work :turborun:

take a break dude, gotta let your body rest. No harm in that, you only have one body, gotta take care of it :2:

turk: thx my man, yeah im gonna rest up this weekend and then ill see what i do next week:)

Tweak: thx alot buddy, yeah i know i tend to do a little to much volume and then overtrain, ive always been like that, i cant seem to stop when im at it, i just wanna intensify the pump a bit and then i do more than i originally planned to:( anyway im gonna try to limit myself from now on, like i did today:)

Man, give yourself a break if you feel you need it. And try to reduce those 2hrs of training, that's a bit too much IMO.

However your sessions look awesome bro, nice work.
