Those EZ bar curls were a definite standout, BB. With training like that, adding size after your cut will be no problem. Keep it up:xyxthumbs:

sweet squats dude, get in a habit of forced lay offs, dont play it by ear either, trust me, if you keep your log and set date, like between 6 and 8 weeks of solid training, you have a light week, or a whole week off even. it will replenish you, you wont loose any strength and the gains will keep coming.

anyways mad session, keep up the tough stuff

Nice work. Great squats and a lot of work for a short session. I agree with the others that a break might be beneficial - you don't want to get so drained you start not looking forward to training , cos then it DOES get hard!

Sucks about your sleep but better to rest and hit it when you feel 100% so you don't injure yourself or just get disheartened!

Good back and Bi workout Bud :xyxthumbs: (especially the back workout). It's always great to hit a PB on a major compound lift such as the deadlift, you must have been really happy with that. About changing the Bi's so you can work them with quads, whats your main reason for that? (I guess i can answer this "so i can lift more weight on my biceps"). Thats fair enough, but also, not essential. As if you are taking the biceps to complete failure the weight is quite irrelevant (Your muscles don't know how much you are lifting, just how hard it is). Then again, if you get a kick out of lifting big (I know i do :hyperguy:) then maybe your Bi with Quad idea isn't such a bad thing. Whatever you decide to do, keep hitting it hard man :xyxthumbs:
