great job on chest/tris. I really like the smart game plan u brought into the workout, u hit upper chest first, and u hit it with many sets, and a nice variety of reps to really pump it up. WHen u do shit like that it will make ur chest so much bigger. Flat db presses are very tough after doing all those incline presses, and decline, but still nice job their. Tris looked great too, big workout, keep gettin bigger and stronger
