Heavy-Ass standing militaries man! Thats a hard lift to handle that much weight on, so well done on that :xyxthumbs:. Shoulders will have nothing to do but grow from liftiting that heavy (with a repectable amount of reps too)! "Running the Rack" straight after the militaries must have been a killer. Keep doing what ure doing man.

KR: yeah its very basic, yet still very effective, i loved it and ill be doing this one from now on atleast for a while, really gives core strength as well as pressing strenght. thx for checking in man:)

ive been weight training for almost two years now, mostly ive been using 4 splits, but also some 5 splits, and once i did fullbody:49: didnt workout too well for me:dunnodude:

great job on chest/tris. I really like the smart game plan u brought into the workout, u hit upper chest first, and u hit it with many sets, and a nice variety of reps to really pump it up. WHen u do shit like that it will make ur chest so much bigger. Flat db presses are very tough after doing all those incline presses, and decline, but still nice job their. Tris looked great too, big workout, keep gettin bigger and stronger

i thin i may have gone alittle overboard with the volume again, damn i always do that, when i get a pump i feel like i have to intensify it by doing 10 more sets:49: volume trainer of hearth, although this time i only did 13 sets for chest which normally would be ok, problem is im gonna hit it again later this week:ughfingers:

^^^^ i second, some people just have the genetic gift of legs, unfortunately im going to have to work so hard to get them, whilst this young buck, already has them, muther fucker.............you rock out bulkboy............you actually remind me of my old training buddy, he had freaky legs and a not so good chest too lol......

Great session. A lot of pressing - no wonder you were spent by your last press. Some great lifts there.
And I still hate you for your legs growing like a weed no matter what you do! :)

ok session the first movements went ok, but then the grip problem came in again, im going tired of this deadlifting at the end shit, cuz i have no energy left and my grip is not there at all.

next week ill change things up, splits gonna look like this:

monday: chest triceps
tuesday:back thickness and biceps(deads first in the workout using 5x5 to bring up strenght)
wednesday:rest
thursday:quads, upper chest
friday:shoulders, upper back and hamstrings

ill do calves on quads and chest day, abs every other workout and cardio once per week...

12-16 sets for major muscle groups, around 9 for smaller, 60-90 sec rest as always... main priority this year is more thickness overall, both back thickness and chest thickness, feel this split will allow me to focus where i have too...

Change looks good. I'm not surprised your deads suffered after all the heavy lifting before it. Grip takes a lot of beating before you get to them. Putting them up front will make all the difference I don't doubt!
Still a solid session.

seems like a very solid session bulkboy....did u think about hitting every muscle once a day instead of combining muscle groups????

:eek4: at all those rows, quite the abundance yet quite the strength shown on each movement.

curls are looking nice as well, don't know how you manage some of that weight after hitting back so hard :ughnoes:

I wish i could open ur log every day for a back day. I love seeing ur back sessions theres a lot of weight in them :) 120kg rows are fucking good. At ur age i didnt even do any back training awesome bulkboy
