nice session, especially considering the pace, its fun sometimes to get it done quick, especially when its shoulders and traps day, but on sqaut day, no mattr how hard i try, i end up taking my time lol..................keep up the tough stuff

Rageking: yeah i know ive been going crazy with those lately, it burns so good, and it seems to me like higher reps work for me in the calf department which is an area i wanna improve anyway:food-snacking:

Pickle: oh yeah incline is the only way for me right now, im hitting chest twice per week with almost only incline work, i desperately need to bring up that chest:angrydude:

Basebody:u know u were the one that inspired me too do higher reps for calfs, before i did only like 3 sets of standing raises for 20 reps and thats it, feels like those higher reps just really gets the blood going in there and atleast it feels like theyre growing more. yeah straight bar reverse pushdowns are awesome, man my triceps are sore as hell today, mostly cause of that one i believe, never done it before, just wanted to try something new:xyxthumbs:

Ok smashed back today, and offc a little bit of biceps at the end, ok session, just implemented 5x5 trainig for deads to bring em up, went light on em today, wanna ease into it and get form right. anyway here we go:

thank u glex:2: i felt them pretty good thats for sure, kinda like i was able to contract my lats alittle better when the weight was alittle lower, or maybe it was cuz the deads had already given my back a pretty good beating, normally i would do bb rows first, after chins...

great workout bro, 5 sets of 5 is rough with deads, no doubt about that but im sure it will be succesful, its succesful with benching, and squats, so should be with deads. High reps w/ everything else must ahve been tough, but definitley a great pump

look at those reps on the db rows, your back had to feel fully flexed after doing those sort of reps :eek4: :49:

I can't forget to comment those great deadlifts though, sweet nector they were great, and the bb rows afterwards too :gaygay:

Fine job Bulky. Those BB rows weren't light at all. Strong deads too. I bet they come up in strength real quick.

awesome job buddy, great strenght on the deadz, nice bb rows, sometimes you need good form and strict reps, i never understand why you do such high reps with db rows, your back is gonna be a road map of texas somday soon

Good relitavely high volume session there man (just how i like to train too). Impressive deads, but what impressed me more were the amount of reps you were hittin for your DB Rows (Highest DB's u have by any chance)?
