Turkish: yeah man i felt that if i went up to 110-120 kg that day i would just loose my form, so i just went with 100
dobbs: well the deads went pretty easy, thing is i normally do 130 kg pretty easy for 5-6 reps, but ive always done that at the end of my back session, this time i was not fatigued since i hit em first, but i kept the weight light cuz i wanna get the form in and just gradually increase thx alot for checking in bud
Rageking: yeah thanks bro, im hoping theyll come up pretty quick now that i actually do em once a week and first in the workout instead of at the end

Max ot: thanks man, i only have 30 kg dbs at my gym so i gotta do high reps with short rest intervals on them and quite frankly i like it
Basebody: thank u brother yeah volume is definetely my style always have been, if i dont get a pump i feel its a bad workout, although i know its not like that, but to me it seems the more pump i get the more i grow, yeah those are highest dbs in my gym, fucking suck, the gym owner removed the 35,40 and 45 kg, cause he said it put the younger members security at risk, what a fucking jackass, the same guy threatened to throw me out if he ever saw me do t-bar rows again
