dobbs: well the deads went pretty easy, thing is i normally do 130 kg pretty easy for 5-6 reps, but ive always done that at the end of my back session, this time i was not fatigued since i hit em first, but i kept the weight light cuz i wanna get the form in and just gradually increase:) thx alot for checking in bud:xyxthumbs:

Basebody: thank u brother:xyxthumbs: yeah volume is definetely my style always have been, if i dont get a pump i feel its a bad workout, although i know its not like that, but to me it seems the more pump i get the more i grow, yeah those are highest dbs in my gym, fucking suck, the gym owner removed the 35,40 and 45 kg, cause he said it put the younger members security at risk, what a fucking jackass, the same guy threatened to throw me out if he ever saw me do t-bar rows again:weaksuace:

you won't those clavicles? You have a better physique them him though, I'd say if theres one thing he's got that you don't have is width :e5dunno:

pictures are looking good brother, you'll have to get sum more taken with all of the mandatory poses...we all already know how great ur back is!! ur friend defiantly has a lot of potential, just keep him on the right track and training like an animal.....he has a great training partner for sure.....btw ur training session was great, laterals with no rest and a solid military :tiphat:

Awesome session, and amazing pics, u keep improving everytime u post pics. Back is lookin great, lats are looking good, upper chest looks thicker. Everyhting is improving, I wouldnt say ur training partner has ne thing beat on u, not even really close, im not downing the guy im just saying ur physique is alot more developed. If he busts his ass like u do, his physique will continue to impiove quickly as urs is

Great pics. Really envious of your chest thickness. Solid session too - those standing military's are tought going and another improvement on them too! Onwards and upwards every time.
