congrats for p.b.'s on inc. db press and dips.. solid weight there!

btw, if you do bb press, do you count the weight from the bar or just the weight from the plates? because i always just count the weight from the weights and not from the bar and some people told me thats wrong..

sorry for not checking the log for a while bro, nice back and bicep but were are t-bar rows in the corner? bb rows always amazing and going for high reps in db rows, i think you should do more weight. nice job on them bicep keep it up, get pumped next time

All of it is just awesome. And as usual I'm always gobsmacked by your squatting. The sheer weight and reps you pull off.

And I'm not even gonna mention those calf raises.

Wow! Great session. Your back must have felt wided as hell after all that and the weight you used for military is absolutely superb. It's great to be back in the logs and see work like this.
