ive been slacking with my log lately, school have started up again and well u know alot of stuff going on, ive catched the flu too, fucking annoying, so the last sessions havent been to great, had an awesome leg session last week though, got 8 reps with 160 kg smith squats. yesterday i did chest and tri, ok session considering im sick. gonna go do back and bi later today well see how that goes, im posting it up later. thanks for checking in as always
here are two update pics, both somewhat new. a front doube bi, and a side pose, chest is coming along nicely i would say, im finally starting to notice my upper pecs filling out a bit, not there yet but atleast its coming along.

Damn nice session and pics look really good. Your arms do look enourmous and as you said you can see the improvements in your chest. Must just be constant inspiration to see the gains you're making so quickly.

Beau: yeah i think so, i still have a full sixpack and im 3-4 kg heavier, havent gone up to much around the waste either. so far its good, im getting fatter though, a month from now im hoping to be at 90 kg
Max ot: thanks for the comments about my pics and training bud. Im sorry but i cant do tbar rows not because i dont like em cause i sure do, i used to do em before and i think they are great for middle back development and thickness, but the stupid fuck of a gym owner refuse me to do em and we dont have a tbar row machine at my gym, this is the same guy that refuse to get bigger than 30 kg db and have threatend to kick me out before

Turkish: thanks alot brother, motivating to hear that from king turkish himself yeah still pretty lean, going up slow, its kicking in now i can feel it, upped my cals a little more, feeling i have more energy+ i started back up on creatine last week, expecting 3-4 pound from that too
Rocky: thanks alot as always for comming in here and motivating me, enormous arms hah arms is one of my main prioritys, its really a genetic weakspot for me, not size wise but moreso that my biceps wont peak no matter what i do, i know i cant change the shape of my muscles but its allowed to dream huh?:crymeariver: guess i just have to keep pounding em and filling em out yeah chest is coming along, all that incline work is finally paying off thanks alot again for checking in bud
