quads and chest day:D

heaviest day of the week without a doubt, much volume and legs wich are the hardest bodypart to train, well i drank two cups of coffee and went in:

leg extensions:

20kgx30
25kgx30
30kgx25
25kgx20

warm and good:D

smith squats:

65kgx15
100kgx15
120kgx12
140kgx14 oh damn drop
120kgx12 fuck i literally fell down and i laid for 2-3 minutes just trying to catch my breath again, i barely avoided puking:ugh:

bb lunges:

60kgx26 steps
70kgx20 steps
80kgx16 steps

moved on to chest:

incline bb press:

77,5kgx5
77,5kgx5
77,5kgx5
77,5kgx5
77,5kgx5

flies machine:

60kgx12
70kgx10

after this i did 3 sets of hanging leg raises and 3 sets of crunches for abs and i was outta there...

good session, until next time gents:xyxthumbs:

Lmao, u werent kidding about near puke experiance, heavy weight and alot of reps. I know how u feel during/after those sets, u cant even breath by 12th rep, after the set ur too tired to even unrack the weights, but it is also very satisfying takes alot of drive to keep going. Great to see u hit chest too, blasted incline to make the upper pecs grow, and finished with fly's to exercises that personally give me the greatest chest pump

seems I've tripped and landed in here :e5dunno:

look at them squats, those are outstanding dude :eek4:

Do you wear short spandex shorts when squatting :spy: :gaygay:

after your near puke experience, I'm astonished at the weight you managed on lunges let alone those sort of reps.

Nice inclines, did you deload a bit? I recall you doing 90kg just a couple weeks ago? either way, nicely done. Great session from top to bottom.

I stumbled in, but don't know how to get out :tear: unlock the door :tear:

actually i like training legs, i mean nothing is more satisfying then a real heavy leg session, although its hard as hell. but that feeling of not being able to walk down the stairs to the wardrobe, haha nothing beats that:hyperguy::49: ok back training is more fun, but legs are a close second to me...

ure here to stay now bud, i aint letting u out of here:xyxthumbs:

yeah the lunges were surprising to me too, didnt think i would be able to do anything after almost throwing up my guts on the bathroom floor, but it went ok.

about the inclines, yeah i did 90 kg for reps before and i still can do that, but my focus now is on form and really contracting the pecs, something ive never really been able to do during pressing movements, so now im doing 5x5 for incline bb press, just taking it slowly and focusing on improving pecs, technique and eventually strenght:xyxthumbs: thx for checking in bud :2:

15kg-->12,5kg-->10kg-->9kg-->8kg

upright rows:

30kgx15 too light
40kgx12 drop
35kgx10

bent over laterals:

8kgx20
9kgx15
10kgx12
12,5kgx10
8kgxwhatever:jerkoff1:

bb shrugs:

100kgx15
110kgx10
100kgx15
60kgx50:jerkoff1:

db shrugs:

30kgx20
30kgx20

40kgx10
45kgx8

seated one legged leg curl

Huge workload for that time frame. Hell for any time frame. The standing military is strong.

Well done, the short rest must ahve kept the blood constantly pumping to the shoulders, ur shoulders must ahve looked like cannon balls after that session. With all the high reps, im sure u coudlnt even raise ur arm up after that session. Nice call hitting hams and calves again too

Solid workout there bulk bro... The weight your throwing around looks pretty big for the high reppage you were doing... keep it up bud!

Just on a sidenote (sorry if this is sorta jacking your log bro)

But theres a 45 min timeframe that is there for keeping testosterone levels high during workouts... is this purley reliant on time or can the intensity or number of reps being preformed have a direct effect on the amount of time before test levels begin to decline? Just wondering....
