Rocky:Thx alot dude, yeah i was satisfied with those pbs, yeah i guess i shouldnt take it to hard that the bicep work sucked, after all its the compound movements that really matters:)

Knight rider: thx man, my barbell rows aint that much, ur deadlifts pwns mine, so my goal is to match u there, dont think i will in awhile though:D

Dobbs: thx alot for motivating me all the time dude, appreciate it alot:)

Miamiracing: yeah pretty pleased with the barbell rows too:D not satisfied with the ez curls though. actually there was noone at the gym while i was there so, except my training partner, he was more busy keeping up with me:D

Basebody: well i dont feel im able to stimulate my biceps the way i wanna when i do them after back work, but yeah u do have a point ill c what i do next week, thx for checking in bud:)

Pickle:thx dude, yeah chins is one of the movements that have improved drastically during cutting, the only one:49: thx for checking out my log dude:)

Quad and chest day!

did legs today, just quads, and some upper pecs, cuz i feel that is an area where i need to improve myself anyway so here we go:

Quads:

leg extensions:

20kgx30
25kgx30
30kgx25 just to get the knee joints warm and ready for the real movements:D

Smith squats:

65kgx20 warmup set
105kgx15
120kgx12
140kgx12

barbell lunges:

50kgx24 steps
70kgx16 steps
80kgx14 steps

moved on to calves:

standing calf raises:

40kgx80
60kgx60
80kgx45

then at the end i did some upper chest:

incline db flyes:

20kgx12
22,5kgx12
22,5kgx12

Machine chest press(incline)

50kgx12
70kgx10
80kgx8

and that was it, did some hanging leg raises and crunches for abs, and was outta there, everything done in 85 minutes:D

next session tomorrow, gonna hit up shoulders and hams, be sure to check it out, thx guys:)

awesome sqauts as per usual, keep working on that chest, all you gotta do is get stronger and keep that technique tight, shoulders always take over when i do upper chest work if im not careful...........good luck. impressive session as always

extravagant squats. Immense lunges, nice amount of steps taken on them and I know those are quite difficult after squats.

I'm with Glex on those calve raises, but I'm frightened by the fact you were doing a bit of bouncing as usually happens when training calves. I hope you stopped to contract at the top each rep, contraction is key with teh calves :2:

finishing up with some chest movement, nicely done. :xyxthumbs:

mmm mmmmmm incline db Flyes, gotta love that stretch :gaygay:......of course w/ sum smith squats in the mix! glad to see you are focusing in on your "weak" bodyparts and smashing that upper chest, don't worry it will have no choice but to grow :xyxthumbs::tiphat:

KR: yeah, thats were my focus is right now, just doing lots of inclines, hitting pecs twice a week, hopefully it will pay off eventually:) thx for the encouragement buddy...

Tweak: yeah it was a good session, i may have bounced alittle yeah, its hard when ur calves are on fire to keep the form tight, ill be more aware of it next time, thx for stopping by:D

Turkish: yeah those incline flyes felt good yesterday, i normally dont do flyes for chest, but they were good for a change, i sure hope ur right about those pecs of mine, fuck its annoying with a bodypart that lags so much that u actually gotta devote extra attention to it. thx for dropping by bud:)

Shoulders, traps and hams day

Ok went to the gym early today, was a good session really.

Delts:

standing military bb press:

20kgx30
40kgx12
50kgx12
55kgx11 never done this one before, but damn ill be doing it more now, felt fucking awesome, my delts were on fire:D

up the rack db side laterals:

8kg-->9kg-->10kg-->12,5kg-->15kg 8 reps for all sets

30 sec rest and:
down the rack again:

15kg-->12,5kg-->10kg-->9kg-->8kg 8 reps for all, felt fucking awesome, got a serious blood pump going

db rear laterals:

10kgx18
12,5kgx15
15kgx12

bb shrugs:

90kgx12
110kgx10
100kgx15

db shrugs:

30kgx38
30kgx29
30kgxfailure, no idea how many i did...

lying leg curls:

30kgx12
40kgx10
35kgx10

seated leg curls:

40kgx20
50kgx15
50kgx12

good to see them standing military presses, their pretty much the toughest exercise ever, not really, but still their what i call a primal lift, it mega basic lifting shit over your head, and they get the best results.........nice workout

standing militaries are quit the achievement :xyxthumbs:

up the rack on laterals, nicely done. Next time go back down them :ughnoes: You'll feel like crying :tear:

shrugs are quite nice, and I'll echo what you told me, contraction and control are more important then the weight on shrugs, nice to see you following that protocol as well :2:

hammie curls eh :gaygay: nice weight on them, quite the session from top to bottom, you could almost say it was.....rather supreme :spy:

we should have a glute day together :spy:

I may have to steal the up and down the rack shoulder workout for my next one :spy: And I'm also thinking about standing military press in the future. Good stuff :xyxthumbs:

nice job all around, heavy standing miliary presses and laterals. ALso the traps must have been on fire after all those shrugs, this workout will definitley help u have an amazing most muscular shot.

That standing military is a hard lift to pull off; good on ya for your control, BB. Those rack laterals make my shoulders hurt just by looking at 'em:ughnoes:

Fantastic sessions there. The squats really are good especially for those 12 reps!
Ridiculous calf reps!!
Credit for doing the standing military - I do a push press for a few reps so good on you for nailing that one!

i like the standing military press, i haven't done those in a long long long time :food-snacking:....if you don't mind me saying, that is a killer workout :gaygay::hsughr:
