thx alot for ur motivating words my friends i will not be updating this log with my training the next two months or so, im working now and cutting so my energy is very low, sleeping like 4 hours per night, just trying to go train sometimes, but i must say lately things have been a little difficult, work takes alot of time and since im often working late this means i have to go train very early with little food in me, little carbs now so my numbers are down atm. trying to get down a little more in bf%, then ill update u guys with pics later. after cutting is done in beginning of august ill start a good clean bulk, and then ill be back to update the log with training sessions. take care everyone, ill try to stop by ur logs from time to time

[Turkish1530]

Ugh, I hate sleeping like that. Good luck, and try to get some sleep! As Beno will profess, it's one of the most important parts of training.

[Turkish1530]

hows ur training and dieting been going brother?

[Bulkboy]

hows ur training and dieting been going brother?

thx for asking bro, things are going ok i would say. not good not bad really. im sleeping less than ever and that is a problem, but i compesate by drinking a ton off coffee when im at work so i manage to go train. last back session i barbell rowed 120 kg for 5 reps, which is a pb for me, so training is ok, loosing some strenght, but what can u expect when u have lost 8-9 kg. im starting to bulk again soon though ill update u guys from time to time with pics and stats luv u all for the support, ill continiue to post in ur logs in 1 month ill start my bulk and then i can post numbers again
