Rocky: hey thanks alot mate:) yeah im most focused on increasing those heavy basic lifts, i dont really care much whether i increase my consentration curl strenght lol:D for shoulder i wonna get the mp up, for chest the bench press, squats for legs and bb rows for back for the most part, if i get those up i think the rest will follow with it. thanks for checking in mate:D

Sweet session. Congrats on that heavy duty BB row.

Are you using straps for your deads? My grip gives out at about 7 on 140kg so I use straps for my main sets. Credit for wanting to improve your grip strength but not at the cost of a thick back - do supplemental grip work but I'd use straps or something to keep your dead weight increasing.

heres some new pics for u guys, weight is around 84-85 kg, so im bigger, but at the same time leaner than i was last time i was at this weight, so the first goal is reached, that is 85, when i get to around 90, ill post some more:xyxthumbs:

hey bulkboy, look god dam good on those pics. nice rear lat spread. excellent weight on them squats aswell. yeh pal, straps will help alot in the deads, because my forearms used to get a tight pump and cramp so i had to drop the weight before my lower back was fatigued. so now i use straps its a whole lot better! good work, keep it up mate :xyxthumbs:

And yet ANOTHER PB on squats and looking at your pics you can see why - legs looking giant man! Seriously great legs. Back looks awesome too - great shape and some real meat on there. Excellent job buddy.

Big session again man.

Chins are great. Smith military is still really good. Nothing to be disappointed about - especially seeing as you've been used to standing military, a couple more sessions and the weight will bump up I suspect.
