Miami: thanks man, yeah im happy with the weight ive gained so far, seems like its not to much fat, although my waist is getting bigger, but careface, not gonna bother with alittle fat, thats what bulking is for:tiphat:

why do you do flies, do them with the pec deck or cables....flys are proven that they really dont use as much chest muscle as a normal pec deck.....but idc do what ever you want

Fallen: well, chest have always been kind of a weak spot for me, and it still is, however it has come up alot lately, after i threw out all flies movement and replaced em with just heavy pressing, seems like thats what my chest responds best too, also db flies atleast really bugs my left shoulder for some reason, cant feel it in the machine though:dunnodude:

Excellent job to see you bust through that deadlift plateau! It's all coming together man. Strong benching - and yet again all the big lifts are increasing steadily.

Oh ok yeah flyes can be hard on shoulders no doubt. Congrats on the Deads that is some really good lifts

anyway, we got into trouble with our gym owner, he told us to stop slamming the weight or else he would throw us out, actually he said if we did it one more time we are out. this is only really a problem with deads though, but well c how it goes.

as to my training, i trained on thursday, nothing special though, did squats, went to 140kg for 10 repp, did barbell incline press too, 90 kg for 9 reps on the last set, was pleased with that.

todays session was pretty good here goes delts, traps and upper back and hams...

note to next time, reduce the volume, i got into my bad habit of overdoing it today, i noticed at the end of my session that my body was all worn out, but i didnt listen and kept going, stupid for sure. next time will be better, i dont wanna go back to my old style, ive progressed so much after i started doing less total sets and with more intensity and weight.
