Nice work. Excellent weight for 2 on the MP. That has shot up quickly.

lol at the chins. It hurt at 10kg so you upped the weight and did more reps! Nice going!

About the mats:

We actually came up with the exact same suggestion. The solution seemed clear, but then the weight slamming was not the issue anymore. Now he was talking about not having the weights under control, and putting the other gym users in "great" danger. I mean wtf, in my opinion you have pretty good control when you do 12 strict reps.

He has also forbidden the T-bar-row. Why? Because it's a dangerous exercise for the people around us.

Every time we're coming up with suggestions which can make our training better, he changes his reasons and makes up new problems.

For instance: Some time ago we asked if he could bring up some heavier dumbells. That was undoable because the others who wern't as strong as us could get injured. Then we asked if we could buy the dumbells and bring them up when we needed them and take them back to the basement when we were done. NO CHANCE!

It almost seems like he don't want us to progress :p

Damn, I think your in the wrong gym. That manager sounds like an ass, if I cannot do what I want and if the gym prevents me from progressing then I am out. Are you able to switch gyms or is it the only one in your area as well?

wow sounds like pain in the ass dude.. i can do in my gym whatever i want.. even scream like a mofo... they dont care about that because we have like 10 big dudes in there and the manager is a nice chick and the co manager a black dude (very funny that guy) so u know its just a nice atmosphere in there :)

Braaq: Belive me when i say this; We would have changed gym a long time ago if we had the chance. The problem is that this gym is the only one where we live.

We both go to school in the city, so the other option would be to train there. But there are issues. We go to different schools, so our day doesn't end at the same time which prevents us from training together(We don't want to hang around in the city for 2 hours doing nothing while waiting for each other, then the whole day 's gone). And the holidays gives us more problems. We have to travel 2x30 minutes with ferry to get there, that gives 1hour just travelling. And it costs money too. And when we're done training there might not be an available ferry for 30min-1hour.

So our current situation doesn't qualify as good.

And yes, the gym manager is an ass. BIG TIME !

Some crazy numbers bro (haha i need to use my converter calculator) your strong as hell for your age. Cant imagine what you will be looking like and lifting when your my age!
Anyways, great numbers.. if bi's are problem area you will want to actually lower the volume and exercises if you train them right after back. Have you ever tried bis with chest? That is the split I used to do.. if not keep up the awesome work. :xyxthumbs:

Good stuff Bulky.

100kg benches are damn good.

Rows are shooting up in strength and the deads are coming along nicely too - improvements on the main lifts is what it's all about!
