ok maybe not 2 weeks, 9 days maybe. im taking 10 pills now preworkout, is that too much? i didnt notice much when i took 6 pills.:coolguy:

nope 500mg pills...wouldnt go over 5,000mg per serving though (1 time a day) :) your right on par...should be giving you some serious pumps...although i've read it works differently for everybody. All i know is its the best pump i've exp

Sucks about the manager - hope it doesn't affect the lifts. Great increase on the seated military too!

Congrats on the weight belt time for some monster dips. Kinda shitty that, that is the only gym but oh well guess it is better than no gym

some good sessions there, dont sweat the bench, it will come, just give it time and keep your form tight! i cant wait to see that chest match your legs, then you will dominate the comp scene, especially at your age.

Don't worry about the bench dude, even just adding that tiny amount of weight can make a massive difference. It was still sexy :gaygay:

That sucks shit about the deads. Such a mass exercise to get big weight low reps on and your twat of a gym owner screws it up for you. Still you made the most out of the rest of the session. Excellent rows!

im sick of hearing aobut the gym owner not letting you make noices on deadlifts, seriously therem ust be some legal avenues you can pursue, maybe get some thick mats to asbsorb the shock, or you can just lower them with control! but yeah if someone ever told me to keep it down, fuck i would make a scene, if you open a gym you are ethically bound to allow the deadlift to reign supreme!

About the mats:

We actually came up with the exact same suggestion. The solution seemed clear, but then the weight slamming was not the issue anymore. Now he was talking about not having the weights under control, and putting the other gym users in "great" danger. I mean wtf, in my opinion you have pretty good control when you do 12 strict reps.

He has also forbidden the T-bar-row. Why? Because it's a dangerous exercise for the people around us.

Every time we're coming up with suggestions which can make our training better, he changes his reasons and makes up new problems.

For instance: Some time ago we asked if he could bring up some heavier dumbells. That was undoable because the others who wern't as strong as us could get injured. Then we asked if we could buy the dumbells and bring them up when we needed them and take them back to the basement when we were done. NO CHANCE!

It almost seems like he don't want us to progress :p

Much complaining here, but i had to get it out:p Talking to the manager is like talking to the hand
