Smith press, and those front DB raises,
hmm, lucky mofo you are. i bet those db fronts help your bicep peak alot
i noticed, when doing those slowly, not just negative, but both ways slow
seeing the bicep actually form, the peak is insane.
the massive amount of muscle on the front deltoids, helps
squeezes the bicep to form. over all , you and braaq are amazing,
not just in weight, but the choices of exercises
